The program is designed to change the lives of 110 community residents by providing essential employment services. New clients will learn how to interview, write a resume, and explore career options. Working one-on-one with a job coach, each client will receive support with basic needs, transportation, and scholarships for certifications. Additionally, clients have the opportunity to gain paid work through the transitional employment program. This project is intended to benefit individuals who have experienced homelessness, justice system involvement, or other barriers to employment.
